Interestingly, I wonder if my Dad learned that from his 'Ma' , he lovingly called her -- raised in Liverpool. My grandma spoke in a melodic manner - with little English quips - (also self-taught the piano). So what you shared makes me think this comes to me through my beloved Grandma. ~ or her parents from the Isle of Man.
